Boy, it is a pain trying to keep this place organized.  I have scrap glass growing by the ton, LOL.  I just bought 6 bins (look like small crates) to seperate the good sized scrap that can be used for either mosaic or a small project and they are already full.  I think I'll give a discount to the students if they pick mosaic for the first project  grin, but now I have more room for some 8x12 (or 8x10) glass if I get a good deal on it.

The cleaning up is an ongoing thing. You clean it up only to mess it up again with the next project. I always clean up after a project so the next time I start one, I'm off to a good start.

I tried to clean up after each project, until I started fusing. I'd have a stained glass project on the table but then in the meantime I'm cutting glass for fused projects and then next, thing you know your workbench is a total disaster area and I just don't like working that way. So, now that the Christmas gifts are done and I can work on other things I am vowing to clean up the mess before I start another. I wish now I had two benches, one for SG and one for fusing. Actually I just need to get more organized and that would help a lot.

I have been trying to reorganize my room and decided I have to find a different set up for my glass and glass scraps. What I have now is not working.

I just reorganized my glass, I have glass for Stained Glass and glass for Fusing and need to keep them separated. I also needed space for molds...within the next two weeks, the kiln a friend and I bought together, is coming to my house so I need to get organized. Lets just see how long that lasts.

I figured out that us artists need a cleaning crew, cause all this organization and cleaning stuff interfiers with doing our art. Then I need a house keeper and a cook.  Sad thing is I haven't figured how to pay for all that on a starving artists income   th_3a4c87b81ba202f

Since I added by new hobby of flameworking I think I might need to build a new work table for the torch.  Get it off of the SG table.

Scooch, I wish I had room for another work table LOL.  The other thing I have to start considering is where the heck I will put my kiln when I finally order one.  I think my sleep sofa, just may have to go one of these days, but then I would have to start paying for my house guests to stay at a hotel when they come to visit.  LOL

I think I may have come up with the solution for my sleep sofa.  LOL  When my kid sister moves out, bamb, the sleep sofa goes into the spare room and I have instant work space room.   hooray
