This is a glass on glass mosaic window that I've been working on for countless hours over the last week....finally done! I took pics of it along the way, but it was one of those things where I didn't know how exactly it was going to come out...I found myself second guessing a lot along the way. But after it got grouted and in the light I'm happy! All of the glass was bigger pieces of scrap stained glass, the background blue was a full sheet. It's hard to tell but I used millefiori beads for the centers of the flowers, seahorse eye, and the fish eyes. Clear glass globs were used for bubbles over the sea creatures.

Thanks for all the nice compliments...appreciate it!!  Beautiful AGAIN!!! I really love these in the windows Meaco. That jellyfish is especially stunning! Where are you going to put it? This one I made to sell. I really love doing these windows, but I just don't have the space to put them at. I just kept the flower one I made and it hangs on my porch. |

Meaco, I love these mosaics that you create with the old windows. I am thinking I am gonna have to get me some of those. That is really pretty.

Thanks again! These are so much fun to make. This is what the window originally looked like. I painted it black and then drew the doodle on the back. I was going to do waves at the top, but decided against it. I thought it was busy enough as it was.

What an awesome job you do with these! I think this is my favorite yet! I also like the black painted window..nice touch, I'm not sure I'd have thought of doing it. That's what I like about this site..the ideas people generate.
This is just a wonderful project and thanks for posting it Meaco!
