I foiled the crystals and dropped them on the solder seam. Tries threading a bead on wire a few times on some fish but they crack real easy.
I threaded a bead for the eye on my raven piece..looked good but I should have mounted it from the back rather than the front for an eye-in-socket look.. live and learn

They had moonstone cabs, but that was before Walmart took the lead jewelry off the shelves!  Soldered real well!
