Congratulations, De. The only thing I know about horses is that if they step on your foot..it really hurts, but I love, love love those horse patterns! I hope the book does well for you!

De already knows I don't because I so innocently suggested she do a pattern book like Kev and Scooch when she posted the horse pattern poll and she already had one but she was nice enough to not point that out... and nice enough to not agree I was an idiot when I sent her a pm telling her I was one after I found the dog book... |

I saw the book name in her profile, cause I looked after I had seen that she was modifing her profile, in "who is on line", I look at the signitures every once in awhile too Alan

LOL..you guys are too funny. No Beck, no contest..actually I'm surprised that anyone noticed the addition to my signature line. Apparently there are some very eagle eyed participants on this forum...I won't name any names..but you know who you are. LOL
I may revise this copy of the book, because when I first downloaded the jpg files some of them were too large AND the wrong orientation for what Lulu allows for their binding direction..so I had to start completely over and reduce the size of many of the patterns. As a result I reduced some of them much more than necessary. So those will be done over, thankfully Lulu makes it a fairly easy process.
I'm not expecting to make a lot of money with this..The book of Dog patterns has been sitting out there for a fairly long period of time and has not been what you might call a big seller. LOL. However, I ordered a copy and will probably order my own copy of this one as when I do go do shows and people want to ask about commission work I figure it would be nice to have these to show as options, and also show what I can do with a pattern.
Thanks for all the support, this is one of the things I totally love about this forum, all of the nice people who encourage! It's totally wonderful!

And.........to have a published book(s) on hand to show prospective clients goes a long way in their perception of what you can do too, and I would think will bring more commissions your way. for you!! |
