I've always liked Armstrong glass for what it is, not because of where it's made. There are beautiful glasses made in other countires that are wonderful as well.
Glad you were able to locate a few more pieces Ms. Goose! When Alan pointed out that SKU lable, my first thought was HL. Glad it turned out that's where you were able to locate more!
Uroboros has some nice mottles.

I believe these are also flashed which adds to the possibilities. And just wait till you cut it - like butter. Be aware of the varying thicknesses, too, as this is a true antique glass. It's very dynamic. Have fun, oh Lucky One! - Tod

It was used for a piece that was of the inside of a theater I believe. I remember seeing it somewhere..the post where the person was looking for something to represent the faces of a crowd....can't remember where that was now..it was not on this forum.

Ahhh! The only thing I've done with them so far is to fuse a little of it - 2 layers of the multi to make some interesting nuggets for a lampshade I was making. Thanks for telling me about some of their characteristics! Thanks Kev.

Here is my lastest favourite glass from Armstrong 5610 It has Copper Red, Pink with Lt. Champagne
I've started a glass example folder to share with others and would be fun to see what you like to use, or want to work with. Listing the company name and number would be great. If you have a photo, better yet!

It was the crowd at a baseball game and the focal point of the piece was a batter -- we have been informed that it wasn't created by either Diane or Evelyn and now that you've posted the freemont, that is the name of the glass they said they used...

Uroboros is in Portland, just south of me by about 2 hours..no I haven't gone down for the tour, but I understand they are very welcoming. If anyone is ever out this way, we should meet up and go take a peek!

That last one my favourite one at the moment as well. Wouldn't the upper half make a fabulous sky? ...with very few cutting lines.
I'd love to go to see that plant in Portland Tre, but it's a little far from Iowa. We're thinking about taking a small trip over to Kokomo tho.

The front side reminded me of a scene in the Ten Commandments - the pillar of fire.

Yes, the Fremont is the glass that was used in that baseball panel..I knew it the minute I laid eyes on Nancy's pictures of it. Now...to try to find it around here someplace...I'm doubtful. I'm probably going to have to order it and have it shipped..ugh, but it would be worth it in the end. It's beautiful.
Another of my favorites is Uroboros, I've got a couple of full sheets that I hesitate to even cut I love it so much just the way it is.
Thanks for posting this Nancy.
