Nancy, I jsut love these lanterns me dear       

Question, what is that gismo that you have attached to your square, that is intersting.  Looks like it really makes life easy for squaring off the lantern

Gismo? What gismo is that Joan? That black thing at the end? That's my Hakko smoke absorber. I usually have to have it right up to my nose for it to be effective and they work in a pinch. When I made that lantern tho, it worked like a charm 'cause the shape of the lantern acted like a chimney and took away all the odors.

It that what you were wondering about?

Thanks Nancy, in the first picture it looked as though the square was protruding through the trap, so I didn't think it was a trap.
