This is a new piece I am experimenting with (as always), using homemade frit. It will be contour fused and then painted details added.I have some sequential pics of it's progression. I did not follow the pattern exactly, but used it more as a guide.

Phase one completed (contour fusing).

It looks like a jumbled mess right now, but the addition of the paint and enamels should put it all into focus. The irregularities of the different pieces of glass will help add the subtle veining in the petals.
