Mine sits.... I haven't been able to get to it. I think I know where you're headed Joan, one of my coloring efforts looked more like a blue moon in flames and I have some red faces lying about but it took away the patriotic feel. I've also done enough of those moon/suns and was too lazy to redraw the petals!

Oh! oh! I am starting to get the itch to make one, too.

I started mine today! dancing  Found glass in my studio that I liked after all, so I put my koi pond aside while I do the star.
Unfortunately, mine is not so easy and fast to cut. The glass on the outside of the star is a very rough texture, and several pieces didn't want to run the score line, so I wasted some glass and time, but I am stubborn and will make this particular glass I was saving for something special work.

Di - That moon nugget is a wonderful centerpiece.

wow lol....setting aside the current project for this one? how cool.....

Here is mine, finally. It did not photograph in its true colors. The border glass is a mixture of blue, aqua, and green, and when the sun hits it, it glitters. Today there was no sun, unfortunately.
