That chemical plant IS Kingsport.  It looks beautiful at night!  I worked there for nine years - most people in town have worked there at one time or another.

We also have two muffler men - one is carrying a giant hamburger and the other one is dressed like an Indian - native American.

The chemical plant looks like a (very challenging) natural for stained or fused glass work.

In my very limited exposure to the southern USA, I did notice that folks there have a very cool attitude about their water towers: lots of fun paint jobs and local pride.
