Or is it just cranial flatulence?

Not sure where I saw it, or when, but it doesn't seem that long ago I saw some fused white snowflakes.  I can't find them.  I thought it was on this website, but I have searched and searched.  Can anyone help?

Oh Duh  I have been racking my brain but cant come up with where I saw it.

Tom, you didn't imagine it, I am pretty sure that Kev had posted some way back.  I am sure either he or Alan will be along and be able to find them

Tom, I've made dozens of snowflakes.  Here's a link where I have a blue one and a white one.  The white one is the same shade as Lenox figurines.

I'm getting ready for a show this weekend and have made 23 snowflakes so far.  I used this pattern:  http://dean.ujihara.org/blog/?p=13

What I found helpful when using this pattern is to build it on the shelf just the opposite of the directions given.  Start by laying down the "circle" pieces.  Then add the spokes and finally the limbs.  Building it the way the directions say will leave you frustrated because the little spokes slide off so easily.  Also, I cut the center circle 1/8" larger than the other six.

I'm off to make more snowflakes!

Thanks Debbie, but when I try that link it gives me a warning that I am forbidden from that site.  I have no idea why, but it wont work for me.

Joan those are some nice snowflakes on there.  I am getting ideas, and have found one or 2 other sites on the internet that should help also.  Thanks.

Wow!  I'm getting the same thing even when I google it.  I like this pattern because it produces realistic snowflake.  I'm up to 31 snowflakes...that's probably all I will see down here in AZ!  I'll be taking pictures tomorrow so I will try to post one.

Tomorrow, I promise.  I had my show today and I am exhausted!  It's really funny that I printed off the directions about 3 weeks ago and now it is gone.  I could scan the directions and send them to you in a PDF.  Would that work?

I had no probs opening that a few days ago, too. Now, I'm also forbidden. I wonder if the owner has some issue about getting popular? - T

Tom, Can you PM me your email address and I'll scan it and send it.  I just need to clarify some thing on my comment below, the spokes should go down BEFORE the limbs so they are flat on the shelf.  When you get the directions and have questions, let me know.

Could be the site has been hacked and the hosting company shut down portions of the site - I've seen this before on other sites. Those cretins have way too much time on their hands need a couple or three  Club
