This is my latest bowl took out of the kiln this morning.I bought the mold recently and just could not wait to try it out. This will be a Christmas present for my DIL that loves the color purple. It is done with System 96 clear base and grape transparent glass on top with light purple scrap scattered about. I also dropped in a few pieces of black stringer just to add a little extra. The rod chips remained raised just above the surface enough to give it a little added taxture. All in all I am very happy with it.

Thanks all for the nice comments.        I have a few more to do for the grandaughters in their favorite colors so going to get in some time with the new molds I bought. I think my fav is the 8" by 8" splash mold I used for this bowl. Got a couple smaller molds I want to try out. Will post pics as they are finished.    I do wish the black stringer pieces showed in the pic. They do add to the look of it.

Good job!  Love the colors, purple seems to be the new "pink" for girls.
