LouAnn, They look great...can you believe that I've never done a fan lamp...always have meant to. I hope that mine come out half as good as yours are.

Also I tend to do one project at a time and clean up after myself...one track minded I guess.  Occasionally I have more than one going at a time...but usually it's a gift that I just have to get done for someone, but I usually can't wait to get back to what I was working on.

I must admit that I have been relatively slow about getting anything done lately...too much has been going on..phew.

Love the tree!

Thanks De and Barbara,

I'm not sure why but that tree pattern has always been one of my favorites... I may actually keep this one for myself for awhile but I'll have to find a spot for it first (too much clutter everywhere right now).

you need to do one -- they are easy and generally go together really well... I've only found 2 fan patterns that don't work right; one was for an orchid bowl -- the way the base attached to the "bowl" it didn't provide enough stability and the other was the spectrum boy fishing -- the way the deck he was sitting ws designed created a severe hinge all the way across the bottom and there was no correcting it

Lou Ann, I really like  your fan lamps. I have the same pattern book and have the tree cut out and ready to foil, but I have been doing more fusing than SG lately and haven't got back to it.

I really enjoy doing fan lamps, too - they're fun to design, quick to make and there's ALWAYS a holiday or occasion that could use a new fan.  And, I've found that everyone who gets one LOVES them, and asks for more - doesn't get any better than that!   Yours turned out really nice, LouAnn...that is a great book, too - I've done a couple of the patterns.  I'll post some pix if I can ever figure out how!!
