The snowmen ornaments are made from some sq cubed glass nuggets my daughter bought for me.
Are the snowmen wired together? They are so cute.

This idea is not rocket science just came from playing with them on a table. Feel free to make your own, they are fun and easy. I use 1/4" foil for more solder area and the wire for the arms is one piece making them a little stiffer. They seem very strong.

Sometimes you can find the odd shapes at Michaels or Hobby Lobby or Big Lots. Whenever I go into a store like that, I look for them. Usually they are with the flower arranging stuff, but not always.

BOO! I just got back from a fall fest/ craft show at a locale church. I sold a bunch of fused pendants and earrings but no one was even interested in any holiday stained glass.

I have a Christmas show at another locale church coming up in Nov. and I hope to sell something seasonal. The Christmas season is my favorite. I can come up with unlimited ideas, of course doing and finishing is a whole-nother thing.

Thanks Kev, they were finished a bit hastily and I need to work on my soldering as I haven't held an iron in over 11 years.

Like Kev said 'their loss'! Very cute - and a fair amount of work! I'm on the other side of the world - and response is much the same here! Did a market (smallish) yesterday and had several "'where can I find you at Christmas time"'s! In S.A., 'Christmas' is really the only time that 'themed' things sell - I'm have actually come to realize that it is really the only time markets are worthwhile for me!

here are a few of the angels I have been working on. I need to get the bases ready for this batch next. I found that sometimes people are looking for something they can have for an end table or other flat surface, verses the sun catcher style. I usually sell out of this style quickly so, I have several more ready to go too.
Have to make a rope of the twisted wire too for the halos

the're very nice Joan. You could also twist some wire around something small - like a paint brush, then pull the twists out a bit, wrap it around a broom handle so they're round - that gives you a twisted halo. I've used it a lot and people seem to like it.
