As most of you know, I have not been able to do stained glass since last year when I was diagnosed with cancer.  However lately I have been feeling wonderful so my family and I cleaned up my glass room and started getting ready for me to glass again.  I then discovered that I had lost my instructions for the beetle bit system and also lost two of the waffle grids.  I posted a 'A help" message on another board and Ray responded.

Ray happens to be one of the most caring, giving individuals I have had the please to talk to and deal with.  He not only sent me at no charge two waffle grids, but instructions and speed balls.  He had me in tears just with his generous offer of the waffle grids, I was not expecting anything else.

I love my beetle bit system and flying beetle bit and could not imagine glassing without it, and I'm saving up to buy the small circle cutter next.

Mainly the purpose of this is to encourage everyone to buy the products made by Ray Nicholas, a/k/a Creator's Stained Glass and/or www.cuttermate.com

Thanks for listening everyone and if you can, please support Ray.

If we watch the news or read the paper it is easy to forget that there are kind, generous people around us. I'm so glad you shared this with us.

Yes, Ray is SUPER.  Angel and I once had an occasion to ask him for help for a handicapped glasser and he donated a whole system.  And I am happy for you that you're feeling better.

I ordered the circle pro 12 from Mongo Art Supplies - free shipping on any order over $100.00 - in case anyone is interested - and I compared prices on a couple of different sites and Mongo is cheaper and especially with free shipping you can't beat the prices.

Yes Virginina there are angels among us.  And Ray is one of them

2 years ago he pm'ed me on another board after reading my questions about his products because my MS had progressed to the point that I could not control my glass cutter anymore, which meant I was probably gonna have to give the glassing that I so loved up.

He told me not to buy anything yet, so I figured he was gonna send me his video on his products and I could determine which one would fit my needs best

Oh, no not Ray, he sent me the complete cutters mate, grids and speed balls.  My eyes still well up even now when I remember the day the package arrived.  I cried all afternoon that day.  I had never met Ray nor had I ever spoken to him prior to his pm, so I was in such awe and shock that he reached out to me that way.

I called Ray to thank him and posted his praises on every board I could. Imagine, he called me and thanked me for what he called my "kindness to him"

He is a light to everyday dark day anyone could be facing.  God Bless him because he blesses everyone

I was luck enough to win products from Ray - as they are not available in South Africa!  So just wanted to get it out there in case any South African Suppliers pop in here - they they it would really be worthwhile for someone to become an agent here!!   I'm not much of a fan of 'gadgets' - but this system WORKS!!  My only regret is that my workspace is too small to be able to leave the grid permanently available - I have to commandeer the 'dining room' table to set it up.
Must also add my penny's worth  that it was a pleasure to deal with Ray personally concerning postage ect to S.A. - as mentioned above,  it's so nice to find a business person who really cares nowadays.

I posted a pic of my work area on a board.  I had the bettle bit system on the table.  He pm'd me and said that my area was to small and he then sent me more grid.  You can't beat someone like that.
