I've been popping out pieces and parts for the last week in anticipation of my new Colour de Verre candle holder molds. While I was at it I worked up a simple box so I could see how the MR-97 boron nitride would work with the box mold.  It's really nice! I think this will be a birthday gift for a friend next month.
Please excuse the reflections...

Beautiful, she can't help but love it!
I love Gingko and can't forget discovering the trees at the Birmingham AL gardens, I'd never put it together that they would grow in colder climates. [my brain frequently has geographical glitches]

Very nice piece, I love Gingko leaves as well, they seem so delicate and simple in their design!  The color of the box reminds me of some other sort of waxy material that antique jewelry boxes were made of...wish I had a few more of my marbles...which might allow me to think of the name of the material..oh well.

I'm glad she liked it!  If she hadn't I'd have been very surprised!
