Here is the noodle plate I just finished. I like the way it turned out. I also did a glue experiment and found that E6000 burns off clean!

That turned out really nice. Had you heard of E6000 being used before or just something you were hankering to know?

It said on the directions for the plate "glass glue" and hairspray didn't work. That was the only glue I had so I tried it.

I have a question though...if it's all flat noodles placed on a flat base, do you really need glue?

Actually hairspray works fine for this type of thing. I use it all the time for stringer and noodle work. Glue really only holds the pieces together for a short while. It burns out before the glass fuses.
Nicely done, Marsha!

Yes because it said to fire it top down and I think those buggars move around while being fused. Like on my candle bridge, they moved.

Yes because it said to fire it top down and I think those buggars move around while being fused. Like on my candle bridge, they moved. I think it just depends on what you're comfortable with. I did the noodle piece in the sidebar pic with absolutely no glue.
