A friend lost her little chihuahua last year, and asked if I could make a stained glass panel of Jasmine. Here it is, cut but not foiled. I used black nuggets for the eyes and nose. Personally, I'm more of a German Shepherd kinda person, but to each his own...

Alan, I couldn't get that yappy thing to portray in glass...maybe if I inserted a diode...

Around here Chihuahua's are considered to be snacks Border Collie and Aussie Shepherd are the current canine fur kids and they do not like anything on 4 legs that are not members of the family, especially the neighbors to the back who have multiple Chihuahuas!

I'm sure her owner will treasure it Tre. Our fur babies are with us for what seems to be such a short time. It's a nice panel.

Neat! She will love it I'm sure. My little [abused rescue] monster would be hard put to become a 'snack' as he runs too fast for the big guys. Even after a bout with a Pitbull, a gashed open side and 3 days at the Vets, he still plays with Great Danes and any dog with responsible owners that have spent the time and trained their animals well enough not to attack.

Well done Theresa! I love it. The teacup is a cute addition to the piece and shows relative size. This is adorable!
LOL, my dogs seem to adore anything smaller than themselves, we met some new neighbors who had friends visiting with both of their Chi's. Ranger was entranced in particular. Dogs either like smaller dogs or feel that they are prey..go figure. I think it's individual to the personality of the particular dog...but who knows. My fathers mother always had Chi's or Toy Poodles most of her life. LOL..It's not the size of the dog as we all know, cause they all manage to grab a piece of our ♥♥'s.

De, our border collie runs and hides from little dogs. I don't think she likes all the motion...course she's 12 and really slowing down.

Yes, that could well be. Ranger is only 2.5 and because he lost his foreleg he's not always keen on very "busy" dogs and tends to want to avoid them, and old age can create the same behavior..avoidance (or great irritation LOL) but he was surely loving these little Chi's..he definitely wanted to play with them. It was kinda cute. De

I think little dogs think they are bigger than they are. When we had our Chi we got our Rottie when she was about 5yrs old and she was the boss. It was funny to watch that big Rottie being put in her place by such a little dog. she would jump up and bite her on the ear but sometimes she wouldn't let go and Tasha would take her for a ride...too funny!! When we first got our Chi she was about 2-3 yrs old and stayed with the kids when they played outside. One day there were 2 German Shepard like dogs that were roaming the neighborhood and did not look friendly and all the kids were afraid of these dogs and would run home. One day they came walking up the middle of the street and "Chi Chi" decided to take care of them. She got out and ran out to the street and chased those 2 big dogs off the street and walked back like a proud Mama.Never seen those 2 dogs again..She was then the hit of the neighborhood.
