This is one of my favorite pieces that I like to have at markets 'cos they always bring a smile - even to people who are'nt glass fans. 'The Big Five" South African wild animals (Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo & Rhino) are rendered in every medium imaginable (and some you probably would'nt imagine!) for both the local and tourist market. This is my version. As the cheetah has a pretty slinky butt - I replace him with the hippo.

I'm actually 10 miles north-west of Nashville (Cheatham County) way cool!!! brought a smile to my face on yet another snowy day in Nashville
Another snowy day in Nashville?! Is it coming my way? Rebecca it's moving in a North Easterly direction and when it changes from rain to snow it happens quick

Glad the butts brought some smiles! Wish I could send you some of our heat - I'm coping less well with it as the years go by! I know this is not what you want to be hearing right now......but it's true. I guess that an excess of anything is ....'uncomfortable??'.
I did'nt need a picture of your behind, De - I have a perfectly good mirror to see my own! Where d'ya think the idea came from..?

My brother lives in the south east part of Nashville just off 440.

These are fantastic and they way they are displayed (the stick they hang from) adds style to the piece. Love them!
