Kev, love to know tomorrow if the Zinc stays black. I don't have much luck with that either. This does look great! I like the colors it shows up in too hehe.

I don't suspect the Zinc will be as black as it originally was. Unfortunately I went over it again after the initial pass and as usual, some came off. The initial wipe was jet black..I should have left it alone after that.

Completed! All I have to do is pack and ship. I took a close up of the purple because it's hard to get a pic of it to show the real color from a distance.

I let it sit overnight before waxing it. Usually with waxing it, some of the patina comes off, but today very little came off onto the rag.
