Thank you Audrey

My student just left.  Her sun catcher (she is making a pig head, because her adopted mom collects them) is about 75% complete.  God Bless all of you who teach multi students at once.  I am exhausted!!!LOL

This young woman is border line retarded so each step becomes more of a challenge.  But I am proud to say she ran a great bead on the solder, which I can't say I did on my very first attempt. LOL  I had a terrible time soldering.

I gave her some scrape glass, that she practiced foiling and running a bead.  Now foiling is gonna be a challenge for her.  She had a terrible time with that.  I promised her that while we are working together that we can play with glass once a week when she completes all her other program requirements.  She is trilled.  Will post a picture once the piece is done

Good for you Joan. Sounds like you will be a real blessing to her.
My guess is, she will be a blessing to you as well. It seems to work that way. Have a wonderful time with each other!
