I have one of these that a friend made for me last year. It's very cool and fun to play with. I just haven't played with it enough to be very good at it. Maybe I should get it out and play some more?

A friend made you one? How?
I eventually will order one, but now immediately. I can see how it could be fun to use.

I'll try to get take a pic of it later. He got some of those little "hummingbird" things and some copper tubing and put one together! I'll post a pic so you can get a better look.

Walgreens has the Oral B hummingbird flosser for 6.99. I suspect you could use copper tubing crimped on the end and then tinned along the seam leaving a small opening...would certainly be cheaper then $70.00

Well I think before I buy one, I'll play with making my own first. Do you have a few tubes for different colors? Are they open ended where they slide onto the hummingbird?

Now that looks like a lot of fun. I know that some of you are so talented it would be easy to make one yourself. Oral B, huh. LOL

I have about a half dozen tubes that slide apart for filling. The ends are crimped and there's a tiny hole near the tip for the frit/powder to flow from. The end of the hummingbird has a magnetized piece attached and the tubes just stick right to it.
