Except that "Fusing 101" seems to have disappeared along with any place to post responses to questions posed.

Hi Stephen,

I did make some further adjustments to streamline it and make it easier for everyone. Questions will be posted as new threads, with people replying to that post with the answer. The original question is then copied with the link and placed in the FAQ's Index.

The way it was before, members would post their question where the questions go all in one continuous post with no room for a response to follow it. Then, the answer had to be posted in Glass 101...there were just too many places to have to go, and I thought it better to keep the original question with the answer. It should flow easily now. Check it out.

Be patient, we are trying to streamline the process for everyone and make it as user friendly as possible.

Let me demystify it for you and everyone else.

Questions are posted in the board pertaining to the question at hand. Answers are in the form of a simple reply to the question asked....that's it.

Moderators will then take the original question and index it into the FAQ's with a link back to the original question/post...you don't have to do anything with that part of it, we will look after that.

The important thing to remember is keeping the topic/answers to the question asked. If members have new questions from content in a particular thread, rather than ask it in that thread,  post a new topic/thread with the new question. Doing this will keep the information pertinent to the original question, and will allow for easy indexing, discovery, and access of that information for future seekers of it. It will also allow us to expand the Index with new questions and answers.

Clear now?

"Clear now?

Kev"

Yes, thanks.  The change occured without any prior notification, and due to the hand slap I had earlier in the week, I wanted to make sure it wasn't something else I had done.

Nope...I just realized it was not going to flow/work the original way and was too convoluted, so I have to change things to make it so. It had nothing to do with you.
