It looks like you use some clear iridescent in that piece in the shooting star part?
I'll bet it really shows from outside and a neat surprise at night if you did!
I like your suncatcher Alan:) Nice job.

I think it is S100GI - does have some texture on one side.

yes

I thought so:) Have a look at it from outside. The rainbow effects would be really neat.
And at night...well, it's a shooting star! The irredescent was a really neat choice of glass for that.

That is a lovely piece-and a great use of scraps.  Now I am off to look for the pattern from the Spectrum site to add to the ever-growing "pieces that I would like to make someday" pile.

That's what one of the Atrium teachers at church said today - and might want to order several - but with a golden colored star instead of the blue.

Alan, if you have to buy glass check out the English Muffle yellow, it's really pretty and more golden than yellow with the light shining through it!

I can not find the name of the glass now. I thought it was something called Vechio, or something like that, and I thought it was Spectrum. But I just did a search and cannot find it. It is heavy seedy lt. amber. Perfect star ! So reflective.
