In world of mosaics there is a line (who knows where it is actually drawn) which divides the crafts of mosaics form the Fine Art section. Many galleries and Fine art shows do not allow mosaics in at all since they are considered a craft or trade. BTW, stained glass has the same type of line and exactly the same type of problems.
