Thought I would post the stages here for easy viewing....
First is when I have the pieces all cut and ground (only the bevels are foiled)

Next is the 6 panels taped together with electrical tape and then pulled up into the shade form....

It's goin' great. You have the key thing down beautifully - nice straight edges on each panel.

Here is one of them soldered sort of. I HATE the soldering iron I am using, it's not mine so I decided to make funky splattered like solder...I'll see what it looks like when it's all done and then decide if I'll change it? Have to get the second vase cap tomorrow but I have the second lamp all tacked already woooohooooo....movin' right along sort of lol.
