I started this lamp last January. I did a few rows and then I just set it aside until this January. When we got all this snow, I decided to pull it out and just get this thing done. I am finally happy to say it is done. It's a Worden pattern that is 570 pieces. The lady who bought it picked it up Saturday and loved it.  I'm done with lamps for awhile.  |

Meaco, Did she wait a year for it? The reason I ask, I have several commissions coming up that aren't even due for 8 to 10 months . Being part of the Military flying community, I get a lot of work from parents with kids in flight school. Word of mouth is very powerful and has helped me. Your lamp is beautiful.

Yup...she waited a year. She orders a lot from me, so she understands. I was going to start back on it last summer, but then I got busy with making things for my fall shows. After the shows I had a bunch off Christmas commissions. So, next thing I know it's a whole year.  She was fine with it, and thankfully she wasn't in a hurry. |
