I am starting W's pattern with the background.  I purchased Kokomo 14spl for this.  Have traced the pattern pieces to look at the coloring of the glass and how it will look.  Haven't started cutting yet but will soon.  The glass is a pale sky blue with amber and hopefully I will do it justice

I scanned quickly the other pointsettia thread and and never saw a pattern. What are you girls and boys up too?

Each of them have a unique pattern I drew for them.  After a period of time, I took the designs down in the other thread.  They do have exclusive rights to them now.   As Barbara and the others develop the scene, the pattern of poinsettias will be apparent.  It should be very interesting to see them progress through this.

Cool idea. Do the seperate pointsettias later come to gether to form one panel?

There sure has been some pretty glass posted for this project.

Judy, yes there are three flowers in the panel and it will come together with the completion of the sections. Hopeful that I don't get frustrated.

I have finished cutting the sky portion of the panel and will post a pic of these after I grind some of the edges.  Next will be the layout of the petals of the flowers.  I procrastinated quite a bit before I started this and now I am settled a little so not so nervous about it. Will see how I can layout the petals cause the red will be hard to see.

Sky has been cut and fit.  I am going to start the layout of the petals next so onward to the next step. I'll see if I can get a better picture later.

Would like to have you and Di doing it also at the same time but by the time I go full steam on this you will start and finish before me.  I am a poke and work slowly.

Golly, I really like that sky, so realistic.
No criticism here, but are you working without blocking?
