Graham how do I reinforce the heel?
I know that is a dumb question to you though I really
don't know what I should do to fix it.
I actually made two shoes, on the other one I attached the hanger
about half way across the top.
Restrip along that back edge where the red is. Failing that a, a run all the way round with rire would help. Wire along the rdge would also make it firmer, to support the hanger somewhere along the top edge, since there's no "seam" to attach into.
Hold the shoe by the top edge daintily between your fingers. move your fingers along the edge to find the "balance point". Put your hanger where the shoe hangs at the angle you want. The pray that nobody pulls down hard on the shoe, and pulls the edge loose. Wider foil along that edge would also hold a tad better.
