for most of the time I was working on it, also why it has taken me forever to finish. Once I put the patina on it I decided I really liked it afterall.

Since I do think it's less than stellar work from me I am only charging the girl from the price I quoated her based on the percentage she like it. I think that's fair...

I am sure they will look at it differently than you Malinda.  I like that you added dimension to the piece by doing an overlay for the flowers.  At least that way you could elimate some cut lines.  Have fun with your next pieces Friend

Now I'm not at all sure about what you are talking of Mal.  I really like it and I'm sure that your friend is going to love it!  It turned out very well!

And I too, suspect that you aren't going to be getting what it's worth..but I also understand doing things for friends.
