Though I have said it privately I would like to publicly thank Kev  Glass of Wine for coming up with this design for me.
I learned a few things while doing this 29.5" x 15.5" glass on glass.
Kev designed blue shy as the background, but I prefer clear glass and where I hang it becomes the background.

Oh Helen that turned out wonderful.I love your idea of the clear glass for the background and letting the scenery become the color.  doing  another glass on glass is on my list. You did a great job and Kev as always came through with another great pattern.

Beautiful job Helen!  I like it, and also like your idea of the clear glass background, what could be better than looking at trees and blue sky behind this!
Kev's patterns are wonderful aren't they?  He does such a nice job!  This turned out very, very well!

This really is nice Helen. The clear background really is a good idea!  Had never thought of that, thank you for sharing.

Very nice Helen.....and I too like the clear glass idea. I guess depending on where it would hang the blue may look nicer at some point?

Great pattern Kev!

That's really stunning!  Just a question, are the pieces stuck on top of the clear glass?

Glad you enjoyed seeing this creation.

Lauren, yes the pieces are adhered onto the clear glass, I use clear silicone II caulk for outdoor windows and doors.

Every couple of months I change the glass on glass that I hang in front of my living room window.
Personally I think its a really neat idea. When not in use I store each window with a dry cleaning bag.

Really nice piece, Lady Helen!  When I do a glass on glass, I use Strueter's No Daze Mosaic Adhesive sheets.  Great stuff!
